Jimmy Lariche Wakeboard Short

I just can't get enough of this video! It prompted me to buy Defy, which actually kind of sucked. There don't seem to be many good wakeboard vids, but this clip definitely kicks ass.

Snowshoe '12

Here's a short vid I put together from our two trips to Snowshoe this summer. Enjoy...

Launch (Spring Mountain, PA)

Well worth the five hour drive, Launch was a maze of rocky, technical trails. The hill is relatively small, but the park makes up for this size discrepancy by utilizing the rockiness of the area to its benefit. Wooden ladders linked large boulders and "unusable" features to create a thoroughly challenging trail system.

Seven Springs (Pennsylvania)

Nate, Jarrod, and I headed to Seven Springs nearly a year exactly after our last trip to the resort.

Nate was the MVP (or maybe "all star" is a better description) of the trip. He was sending everything and twisting his bike into perfect tabletops whenever possible.

Near the end of our day, we decided to ride the Alpine Slide. After all, we'd been teased by it every time we rode the chairlift!

New Zealand!

The best vacation I've ever had. Crystal and I drove nearly the entire country, well over 4600 kilometers.

The only damper on the trip was the rain. It was nonstop for our first three days. Luckily we were able to "drive to the sun" as we headed towards the south island.

Queenstown was our southernmost destination. The town was a mountain biker's dream city, with a bike taxi service offering shuttle runs for super cheap.

The Huka Falls were intense! Our rapids jet was along the same body of water, the Waikato River.
